These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fauxchain website (fauxchain.io) and any services, content, and simulations provided therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By using Fauxchain, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1 Description of Service

Fauxchain is a blockchain simulation explorer that displays fake, non-functional data for educational, development, and demonstration purposes. No real cryptocurrency or blockchain activity is performed or supported by Fauxchain.

2 Eligibility

By using Fauxchain, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Fauxchain on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3 Simulated Content Disclaimer

All blocks, transactions, wallet addresses, and balances displayed on Fauxchain are simulated and do not reflect actual blockchain data. Fauxchain is not a wallet, exchange, or real blockchain explorer. Any use of the platform to mislead or deceive others is strictly prohibited.

4 Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the system.
  • You may not use Fauxchain for impersonation or to defraud others using simulated data.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on Fauxchain including the logo, design, codebase, and database structure is the intellectual property of Fauxchain and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without explicit permission.

6 Limitation of Liability

Fauxchain is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or misunderstandings resulting from your use or reliance on simulated data presented on the platform.

7 Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fauxchain platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Fauxchain at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.
